These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SpotSense website and app and the at-home diagnostic testing service operated by Spot Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd ("SpotSense", "we", "us"). By booking a test, you agree to these Terms.

SpotSense arranges for a certified phlebotomist to visit your chosen address, collect a sample and/or run point-of-care tests using the ViewDx analyser, and share results with you — typically before the phlebotomist leaves.

No account or sign-up is required to book a test. Bookings made without signing in are tied to the device/browser session and the phone number provided; signing in lets you see your bookings across devices.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a test. You may book on behalf of a dependant (e.g. a minor or family member in your care) provided you have the authority to consent to their testing and you provide accurate details for the patient.

You are responsible for providing accurate name, date of birth, gender, phone number, and address information. Incorrect information may delay or prevent your test from being completed.

Slots are subject to phlebotomist availability in your service area. Some tests require fasting (clearly marked at booking) — please follow the stated fasting window; we may be unable to complete a fasting-dependent test if this is not observed.

Please ensure someone is present and reachable at the given address at the scheduled slot time.

Prices shown at booking are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Test results are provided for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional to interpret your results, particularly for any critical or abnormal values.

SpotSense's ViewDx analyser is a point-of-care testing device; results reflect a point-in-time reading and normal clinical judgement should be applied by your physician.

Treat our phlebotomist with courtesy and provide a safe, reasonably clean space to carry out the test. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a visit if our staff's safety is at risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spot Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
